Shipping policy
Made to order, just for you
Every House of Khafiti piece is printed to order once you buy it. This means less waste and a piece made especially for you. It also means your order takes a little longer to reach you than off-the-shelf items.
Production time
Most orders are made within 2 to 7 working days. Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few extra days.
Delivery times (after production)
- United Kingdom: usually 2 to 5 working days
- Europe: usually 5 to 10 working days
- United States and Canada: usually 5 to 12 working days
- Australia: usually 7 to 15 working days
Shipping costs and an estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Multiple items
Items may be made at different print partners, so an order with several items can arrive in separate parcels. You only pay shipping once, as shown at checkout.
Customs and duties
For orders outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Where possible these are shown and collected at checkout.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the times above, or it arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at house.of.khafiti@outlook.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
Address errors
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
