Refund policy

Every House of Khafiti item is printed to order, just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if the wrong size or phone model was ordered, so please check your size and device carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

 

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

 

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
